FITNESS CLASSES

$15/drop-in or $130/10-class punch card (classes can be paid via the ClassFit app or Venmo)

Barre
Mondays:12pm-1pm
Wednesdays: 8am-9am
Barre is a hybrid of yoga, Pilates, and ballet. It is a low impact class focusing on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range motions. During the class we utilize the barre for help with balance as well as stretches. No dance training needed, we modify for all levels of fitness.

Barre-Bata
Fridays: 8am-9am
Rev up your metabolism, torch calories & burn serious fat with this Tabata style class which combines classic barre exercises with short bursts of cardio; 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes.
